My Quality Team is a group of professionals who have vast experience in the field of testing laboratories and other accreditated healthcare organisations. The team has been giving training  regularly in the field of

The team is aimed to achieve uniform implementation and competence for all quality standards using internationally accepted best practices for training methodology, assessments and certifications. My Quality Team realises that the training is required at the grass root level of workers who are actually the bench top personnel and need to have the necessary training for  implementation of quality in their routine daily work processes.

The barriers to the same have always been the prohibitive costs, communication issues and setups where there is a mixture of seniors and juniors which inhibits a particular set to actually raise questions for the fear of speculation.

 

My Quality Team plans to have courses which are cost effective, customized for a group of like-minded individuals in a language and manner which can be understood by all. This shall all be done as according to the internationally accepted methods of role-play, quizzes, checklists ,assessments and KAIZEN. This shall help permeate quality into their conscious minds and percolate it to the bench tops where it is actually required.
